Fact: Australia has more than 1500 species of spiders, but don’t fear mother nature, you are more likely to be killed by a flying champagne cork than by a poisonous spider.

Fact: The best location to do some star gazing on holiday is in the country. The naked eye can detect about 5,780 stars under ideal viewing conditions.

Fact: Expect to see lots of furry friends on your travels; for each person in Australia there are two sheep and over 16 rabbits.
